Both of the vehicles that I dropped off were repaired ahead of schedule and I didn't have any issues with the repairs, so I was very satisfied.

Took our car in fornoil change and to check radio that sometimes works but most of the time has terrible static. Did the oil change and was told they were going to replace antenna in couple of days and as of yet have not heard anything.

Last minute got us into see what was going on with our truck! So thankful because we were leaving for vacation in a few days! Also so thankful for the ride back home from the dealership and even dropping off the truck when it was completed! Amazing service!

My issue was quickly diagnosed but was not resolved reportedly due to replacement parts (tire monitor batteries) being on back order. I asked what that meant in real time and was told it could be next week or 3 months until the parts came in. That said, I went to Dobbs Tire and Auto and had the necessary parts installed the same day at nearly half the quoted dealer cost. Sorry for the first ever bad review but you all failed miserably on this one

Everything went well: scheduling, problem analysis, and communication of corrective action. Car received as promised. Great team with excellent mechanics.

Great service. The team went to my house to pick up my dead car on Friday. Got it to the dealer where they quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part which arrived Monday and I got my car back by Monday evening. Great service and communication.

Asked to have an exhaust leak checked while getting my oil change. Exhaust is very loud and you can smell exhaust in cabin. I was told, " didn't notice anything". From the time my vehicle was pulled out of shop until checkout was thirty minutes, went to counter once and told, we are working on your ticket....it's an oil change. Nothing to look up, should be a package entry. ( I was a service manager for ten years) . Then to my surprise, my oil change had increased in price from the last time by 30 %. Guess thats what was taking so long. ?????

Always the best, none better. Too bad GM doesn't seem to understand how exceptionally well this dealership represents GM's interests and has chosen to shut them down at Christmas time no less. I own nothing but GM vehicles, but this is enough to make one want to switch brands. Yeah, I understand from GM's point of view this is simply 'business'. But the employees and customers they serve so well and who depend on their service are left out in the cold. Seems GM has no sense of 'family', or at least puts a low priority on it, and that's a real shame. Does anyone have a good number for Ford'?
